If you received your item within the last 60 days, you can return your item for a full refund, no questions asked!
If you have received your item within the last 60 days and there is an issue with it, you can also return it for a full refund, or a repair if you would prefer.
Our standard returns timeframes are 14 days for unwanted items, and 30 days for faulty items, however these have been extended over the Festive Period.
If you have had your item for over 60 days, you are covered by our 12 month Warranty for any technical issues that may arise on the device. The item would then need to have a repair attempted, and if a repair is not possible, a replacement would be sourced before a refund would be offered.
Please Note: Express shipping is not refunded in the event that an item is returned, unless there was a delay with the courier timeframe.
