If you've returned a Tech item to us because it is faulty, we will ask if you want a repair, replacement or refund.
Please note, we offer refunds for 60 days after the date of purchase. Once this time frame has passed, we will only offer a refund if no replacement item is available.
All replacements are for a like-for-like device.
Replacement devices can only be issued depending on stock levels at the time your return is processed. If we're unable to provide you with a replacement, we'll issue a refund back to your original payment method and notify you of this by email.
If you've returned a Media item, you should expect your order to be refunded in full upon return.
Please note, our general return time frame is 30 days, however this has been extended across the Festive Period.
