You're able to cancel your order up to the point of it reaching our dispatch process. If you want to cancel your order, we'd advise contacting us as quickly as possible.
The quickest way is to use our chatbot, Maggie, the yellow widget located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen:
Click on I'm a buyer > I have placed an order > Cancellations. Enter your order number (RXXXXXXXXX) and postcode into the fields and we'll cancel your order automatically if it hasn't been dispatched.
