All of our Media items are covered by our quality guarantee. Should you receive an item that does meet these criteria, we'll refund or replace the item in question.
If you feel as though you've received an item that is below our usual standards, please contact our Customer Service Team who will resolve the issue for you - please ensure that include your order number in all correspondence.
If you're returning a Media item that is simply unwanted, you must do so within 60 days of receiving your order and you are responsible for covering the postage costs.. Any returns requests for unwanted Media after 60 days will not be accepted.
Please note, we generally require Unwanted Returns to be completed within 14 days however this has been extended to 60 days across the Festive Period.
