My device is faulty. What can I do?

If the fault hasn't been caused accidentally and you bought it less than a year ago, it's likely that your device is covered by musicMagpie under our 12 month warranty.

You can return your faulty handset directly from My Account. Simply find the related order number, click on "return item" and choose your returns reason from the drop down list. You'll then be able to generate a FREE returns label to return your device.

Please remember to remove the following before returning your device:

  • All security and parental locks
  • Your SIM card
  • Memory card (if applicable)
  • Your iCloud / Samsung / Google account
