Clicking on the widget will open a chatbot interface where you can click through various questions to find helpful solutions. Click on 'I am a buyer' to get started.
If you're unable to find a solution that helps, you can click the 👎 icon at the end of the solution which will enable to you to chat to a member of our Customer Services team, or send an email.
By clicking on 'Let's have a chat', you'll be transferred to our Live Chat widget where you can directly connect to an agent.
