My order has been sent on a Special Delivery service. When will I receive it?

All Tech items that are individually valued at £750 and above will automatically be dispatched on a Royal Mail Special Delivery service at no extra cost. This guarantees that your order will be delivered the next working day before 1pm*.

Royal Mail will collect all Special Delivery orders from our warehouse at 6pm Monday to Friday. Royal Mail do not collect Special Delivery orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
