When will I receive my new Apple product?
All new Apple products purchased through the musicMagpie Store will be dispatched directly from one of Apple's UK distribution centres. Delivery times on these products will be displayed at checkout.
Who will deliver my new Apple product?
DHL will deliver your new Apple product. It will be a COVID-secure, contactless delivery using GPS tracing with a photo of the parcel taken at the delivery address. Evidence of both will be deemed a successful delivery by DHL.
How can I track my new Apple product delivery?
Delivery notifications, including your tracking number, are provided directly by DHL via SMS updates, so long as you provide a valid UK mobile phone number at checkout.
Can I make changes to my delivery?
Yes. In-flight re-direct services are available via the link in DHL's SMS notifications, via DHL's website (link) or the DHL mobile app, available on iOS and Android. You will need your parcel number to manage your in-flight options. Deliveries can only be scheduled Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
Not going to be home during your scheduled delivery?
Not a problem. DHL will send an SMS and leave a card to be collected from your nearest Pick Up Point. You can also use DHL's in-flight options to reschedule your delivery. Deliveries can only be scheduled Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
