If your console has developed a fault, it's likely that it'll be covered under our Lifetime Warranty.
To return your console under our Lifetime Warranty, please follow the steps below:
π Head to My Account
π Find your rental order in your account section (it will look like this π)
π Click View/Track Order
π Then click Return My Device
π On the next screen, choose Faulty as the reason for your return. You'll be able to give more detail about the nature of the fault for our returns team.
π Finally, click Confirm Return.
π© You'll be emailed a QR code to send your console back to us via your nearest Post Office.
β Before returning your console, please ensure you do the following:
β Make sure all accessories that arrived with your console are returned as well. This includes the controller, HDMI cable, and power pack.
β Back up your console settings using a USB drive*
β Reset your console to factory settings
*Ensure that your USB drive is 3.0 or faster with a minimum storage capacity of 128GB.

Once we've received your device, we will:
π² Send you a like-for-like replacement at no extra cost.
π¦ Send your replacement device out to you on an Express Delivery service via Royal Mail.
If weβre unable to replace your device, your rental agreement will be cancelled.
β If we find evidence that the rental device has been opened up or tampered with in any way, your warranty will be voided.
