📩 Within 14 days of your rental agreement coming to an end, we'll email you with some bespoke renewal options.
👉 If you choose to upgrade to a newer model, or choose to cancel your current agreement, you'll need to return your phone back to us.
🎫 Once you've completed your chosen renewal path, we will email you with a QR code to send your phone back to us via your nearest Post Office.

❗ Before returning your iPad at the end of your agreement, please make sure to do the following:
✅ Remove your iCloud* / Samsung** Account from your phone.
✅ Remove your SIM card from your phone.
✅ Any external memory cards are removed from your phone.
✅ Your data has been removed, backed up, and ready to be transferred to a different device.

👉 Once you've completed the above steps, use your QR code to send your iPad back to us.
🔎 This is a fully tracked returns service via Royal Mail and should reach us within 2-3 working days.
📩 Once we've received your iPad back, we'll send you an email to cancel your current agreement.
❗ If we do not receive your iPad back within 14 days, you will be placed on a rolling 30-day contract. More information can be read here.
