How do I return my MacBook back at the end of my agreement?

๐Ÿ“ฉ Within 14 days of your rental agreement coming to an end, we'll email you with some bespoke renewal options.

๐Ÿ‘‰ If you choose to upgrade to a newer model, or choose to cancel your current agreement, you'll need to return your MacBook back to us.

๐ŸŽซ Once you've completed your chosen renewal path, we will email you with a QR code to send your MacBook back to us via your nearest Post Office.

โ— Before returning your MacBook at the end of your agreement, please make sure to do the following:

โœ… Remove your iCloud Account from your MacBook.

โœ… Any external memory cards or hard drives are removed from your MacBook.

โœ… Your data has been removed, backed up, and transferred to a different device.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Once you've completed the above steps, use your QR code to send your MacBook back to us.

๐Ÿ”Ž This is a fully tracked returns service via Royal Mail and should reach us within 2-3 working days.

๐Ÿ“ฉ Once we've received your MacBook back, we'll send you an email to cancel your current agreement.

โ— If we do not receive your MacBook back within 14 days, you will be placed on a rolling 30-day contract. More information can be read here.
