My MacBook charger has become faulty. How can I get a replacement?

📩 Please get in touch with our customer service team with your order number* and a small description of the issue.

🔌 We'll send a replacement charger out to the address on your musicMagpie account, usually within 24-48 hours.

📩 We'll send you an email once your replacement charger has been dispatched.

🚚 Your replacement charger will be sent on a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service and should reach you within 1 working day of dispatch.

*If you're struggling to find your order number, check your original order confirmation email. Your order number will be in the following format: R123456789.

What should I do with the faulty charger? 🔌

🎫 A member of our customer service team will respond to your initial email with a QR code attached.

🏤 Place the faulty charger in a box and take it along with your QR code to your nearest Post Office.

📦 Your QR code will be scanned from your device, a label will be printed and attached to the box ready to be returned back to us.
