What if my product doesn’t work?
Do not worry if your tech product develops a fault, you are protected by our 12 month warranty cover. To return the faulty product, simply find your order on your order history and generate a FREE returns label.
We will either repair or replace your device subject to our Returns Policy and Warranty cover.
If your media product does not work you need to contact our Customer Services on 0333 555 0101 (9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday) or firstname.lastname@example.org who will advise you on the next steps.
