What if my product doesn’t work?


Do not worry if your tech product develops a fault, you are protected by our 12 month warranty cover. To return the faulty product, simply find your order on your order history and generate a FREE returns label.

We will either repair or replace your device subject to our Returns Policy and Warranty cover.


If your media product does not work you need to contact our Customer Services at contactus@musicmagpie.co.uk who will advise you on the next steps.
