How should I return a Media item?
Once you have contacted our Customer Service team to notify them of the problem, they will send you some instructions on how to get the item back to us and the next steps to follow.
We do ask that, where possible, you return any items in the original packaging that your order arrived in. If this is not possible, please place a note inside with your order number and a very short description of the problem.
This will help us to process your return and either refund or replace the item much quicker.
