I have returned my product. When will I receive a refund/replacement?
Your item will be processed as soon as it has been received back at our warehouse. Media items are checked over for any faults and refunds/replacements are issued immediately.
If you have returned an Tech item to us, it may take a little longer as the device may require testing and fault diagnosis. We aim to refund/replace all Tech items 2-3 working days after we have received them.
For all returns outcomes and action, we will keep you up to date via the email address registered to your musicMagpie account.
