How should I return a Tech item?
To return a Tech product please complete the following steps:
- Find your order on your order history.
- Click on 'Return Item'
- Select the device you wish to return (if there are multiple devices on the order, you will have to generate a returns label for each item)
- Select the reason for return and click 'Confirm Return'
- Download the returns label, stick in on your parcel and drop it off to your nearest post office.
Before you return your device remember to remove the following:
- ALL security or parental locks
- SIM card
- Memory card (if applicable)
- iOS Account (if applicable)
- Samsung Account (if applicable)
- Google Account (if applicable)
