Why don’t you offer phone support?


We understand that some people prefer to talk over the phone. However, we found that the vast majority of our customers prefer to contact us via email, live chat or social media. 


Focusing on online communications means we can help a lot more customers at once too, which means we can resolve any issues much faster. Plus, it keeps our costs down - that means we can keep our prices low and pay more for the stuff you’re selling!


We’ve spent a lot of time developing our Support and FAQs section too. All of our FAQS are based on over ten years of queries from customers, so you’re almost guaranteed to find the answer to your question. 


To contact us via live chat, click on Help in the top right corner of the website (above the basket). Then, click on Shopand you'll be directed to our support page. The golden chat icon can be seen at the bottom right hand section of this page. Click on the icon to be connected to a member of our live chat team.
