This is a third party payment method which allows customers to buy now, and pay later in 3 instalments.
The first payment is taken when the order is confirmed. The second and third instalments are collected 30 and 60 days, respectively, after the first instalment.

Will they do a credit check?
Klarna may run so-called unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Klarna does not do a credit search which could impact your credit rating
How does buy now, pay later in 3-instalments work?
When at checkout, you can select Klarna as the payment option. You just need to enter a few details, and you will find out instantly if you're accepted.
Klarna will send you an email confirmation and reminders when it is time to make the next payment.
You can view your orders, and payment details on Klarna's website, or their app.
This is a form of credit, allowing you to split the payment across 3 instalments via Direct Debit.
Is there any interest or added fees?
Klarna do not add interest onto your payments, or charge any fees.
Can I pay before the due date?
Yes, you can do this via Klarna's website or App.
I haven't received an email with my payment information.
You can view all of your order and payment details directly via Klarna.
Is it safe?
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by musicMagpie. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
What if I miss a payment?
Klarna have a customer service page to help with situations where you might miss a payment. Please contact them directly here.
What happens if I return or cancel my order?
As soon as musicMagpie accept your cancellation or return, Klarna will cancel any scheduled payments, and refund any amounts due. The return should be reflected on Klarna immediately.
