When you choose Klarna at checkout, the first payment is taken when your order is confirmed. The remaining payments are collected 30 and 60 days later.
How does Klarna work?

- If approved, your payment will be split into three instalments.
Klarna will send you payment reminders and updates by email.
Will Klarna perform a credit check?
Klarna may carry out a soft credit search when assessing your application. This won't affect your credit score and isn't visible to other lenders.
Are there any interest charges or fees?
No. Klarna's Pay in 3 option is interest-free and fee-free, provided payments are made on time.
Can I pay early?
Yes. You can make payments before the due date using the Klarna app or through your Klarna account online.
I haven't received my Klarna information
You can view your orders, payment schedule and account information directly through the Klarna app or on the Klarna website.
Is Klarna safe to use?
Yes. Payment information is processed securely by Klarna.
musicMagpie doesn't store your card details, and payments are handled using industry-standard security measures.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you're having trouble making a payment, please contact Klarna directly. They'll be able to discuss the support options available to you.
What happens if I cancel or return my order?
If your order is cancelled or returned, Klarna will update your payment plan accordingly.
Any remaining scheduled payments will be cancelled, and any refund due will be credited through Klarna.
