Why haven't I received my order confirmation email?

Once your order has been placed, we will send an order confirmation email to you, confirming the order summary, and order number. 

If you have not received one of these, please don't worry!  We recommend allowing 2-3 hours for the email to be received. 

If you still haven't received this, please check your Junk and Spam folders. 

If you cannot find the order confirmation email, please check your online account, under "Orders" to check if this has gone through successfully. If you cannot locate the order, please reach out to our Customer Service Team, and they can look into this for you.
