When you purchase a device from musicMagpie, we provide the option to add on Theft and Accidental Damage Insurance before you checkout. This is something you purchase via our Third party insurance partners, CityMain.

How do CityMain obtain my details?
Provided you agree to purchase the insurance option, your payment details are included in your new insurance scheme. The Direct Debit Guarantee, and Terms and Conditions are provided during the sale process, detailing all safeguards of having a paperless direct debit scheme. CityMain will contact each customer confirming the cover, and confirming the Direct Debit set up. They will then collect the monthly premium from your account in respect of month 2, onwards.
What am I covered for if I purchased insurance?
CityMain provide Accidental Damage & Theft cover, with worldwide protection for up to 90 days in any 12-month period.
When does my cover start?
So long as you agree to purchase the insurance, your device is covered from when you receive it from musicMagpie. This continues on a monthly rolling basis subject to you paying the premium in advance by direct debit. The first month of cover is free of charge.
Where can I obtain a copy of my insurance documents?
All documents can be obtained from CityMain directly. How do I make a claim? You can contact CityMain directly online here to process a claim.
What do I do if I have a complaint about my insurance?
If you are unhappy with the service provided by CityMain, you will need to contact them directly.
