My order has not arrived. What do I do?

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible once they have been ordered. You will receive an email with your tracking reference number on it once the order has been dispatched.

Standard delivery is a 48-hour Royal Mail delivery service, and Express delivery is a 24-hour service.

If the item has not arrived within this time frame, we would advise keeping an eye on the tracking. We are unable to contact the courier until 7 working days have passed since the item was dispatched. 

If it has been over 7 working days, please contact our Customer Service Team, so we can look into this for you.
