Why isn't my discount or promo code working?

Things to Check Before Applying Your Promo or Discount Code:

1. Check the order value:

   • Some discount codes only apply if your order meets a minimum spend requirement. Make sure your basket meets any minimum order value specified in the promotion.

2. Check that your items are eligible:

   • Some promotions only apply to selected products, categories or brands. If your basket contains excluded items, the discount code may not work.

3. Check that you're only using one code:

   • Most discount codes can't be used together. If you've entered multiple codes, only one may be valid for your order.

4. Check the expiry date:

   • Discount codes are often available for a limited time only. If your code has expired, it won't be accepted at checkout.
