What communication will I receive throughout the order process?

We like to keep our customers updated with their order as it progresses. To ensure this is done, we send a confirmation email once you have completed and placed the order. This contains a summary of the order and your order number.
Please be aware, we advise allowing around an hour to receive your order confirmation email, and recommend checking your junk and spam folders if you have not received this.
We will then contact you once each item from the order has been dispatched to let you know that it's on the way.
From time to time, if you give permission we may send you emails to let you know about our Special Offers, which are available on our website.
