Whether you've changed your mind or your device has developed a fault, we're here to help.
What is your returns policy for Tech items?
If you've changed your mind about your Tech item, you can return it within 14 days of purchase under our 14-day money-back guarantee.
All Tech products also come with a FREE 12-month warranty for faults caused by defective materials or workmanship.
How do I return a Tech item?
You can request a return through our website:
- Sign in to My Account.
- Find your order and select View / Track Order.
- Click Return Item.
- Select the item you'd like to return and choose a reason for the return.
We'll then email you a QR code that you can take to your nearest Post Office.
The Post Office will scan the QR code, print your returns label and send the item back to us. No printer is required.
How do I prepare my device for return?
Before sending your device back, please:
- Remove any SIM cards and memory cards.
- Back up and remove your personal data.
- Remove all security and parental locks.
- Remove any iCloud, Samsung or Google accounts linked to the device.
Please keep your proof of postage and tracking receipt until we've confirmed your return has been processed.
If you're reusing packaging, remove any old delivery labels to help avoid delays.
If a device is still linked to an iCloud or Samsung account, we won't be able to process your return until the account has been removed.
Devices with a Google Lock enabled will be returned to you, as we're unable to remove this remotely
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 3 working days.
For unwanted returns, refunds are sent back to the original payment method used when you placed your order.
After your refund has been processed:
- Debit or credit card payments can take up to 3 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- PayPal refunds are usually received within 24 hours.
Express delivery charges aren't refunded when you return an unwanted item, unless your order was delivered outside the courier's stated delivery timeframe.
What does the warranty cover?
Our FREE 12-month warranty covers faults caused by defective materials or workmanship.
If your device develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
What isn't covered by the warranty?
Unfortunately, accidental damage isn't covered by our warranty.
This includes:
- Cracked, chipped or scratched screens.
- Cosmetic damage to the device casing.
- Dead pixels.
- Liquid damage.
- Damage caused by misuse, tampering or unauthorised repairs.
- Problems caused by jailbreaking or unauthorised software.
