Which payment method will my refund be sent to?
Your refund will be returned to the original payment method used when placing your order.
For security reasons, we're unable to send refunds to an alternative payment method.
How long will my refund take?
The time it takes for your refund to appear depends on the payment method used.
- Debit and credit card refunds can take up to 3 working days to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.
- PayPal refunds are usually received within 24 hours of the refund being processed.
Please note that refund times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
