It depends on the type of item you're returning and the reason for the return.
Faulty or incorrect items
Yes. If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, you can return it to us free of charge. We'll provide a free Royal Mail QR code so you can send the item back to us. This applies to both Media and Tech items.
Unwanted Tech items
Yes. If you've changed your mind about a Tech item, you can return it free of charge within our returns policy.
To arrange a return:
- Sign in to My Account.
- Find your order.
- Select Return Item.
- Choose a reason for the return and generate your QR code.
Take the QR code to your nearest Post Office and they'll print the label for you.
Unwanted Media items
If you've changed your mind about a Media item, you'll need to cover the cost of returning the item yourself.
