We stock a large variety of Media items, both pre-owned and new condition.
If a media item is in "Used" condition, this means that it has been pre-owned, and therefore it will adhere to our quality guarantee when sent to you.
We also stock some media items in "New" condition, meaning that they are unused and never owner previously.
New condition is not available for all items, however we do have an extensive range of media available in both "Used" and "New" condition.
If you purchase a product in "Used" condition, it should meet the quality outlined within our terms and conditions. If you receive a product which does not meet this guarantee, please contact us and we'll either refund you or provide a replacement, stock dependent.
