You can request an invoice for your order through My Account.
How to request an invoice
- Sign in to My Account.
- Select View My Shopping Orders.
- Open the order you'd like an invoice for.
- Scroll down and select Request Invoice.
Once requested, you'll be able to access your invoice for that order.
Please note that used goods are exempt from VAT, so VAT will not be included on your invoice.
