"My parcel says delivered but I don't have it"

If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered, but you can't find it, there are a few things we recommend checking first.

1. Check around your property

Couriers may leave parcels in a safe place if one is available. Please check:

  • Porches, sheds or outbuildings
  • Behind bins or garden furniture
  • Any other designated safe place

2. Check with other members of your household

Someone else at your address may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.

3. Check with your neighbours

Sometimes parcels are left with a neighbour if no one is available to accept the delivery.

4. Review your tracking information

Your tracking details may include:

  • A photo of the delivery
  • The location where the parcel was left
  • Information about who accepted the parcel

You can track your parcel using the links below:

  • Royal Mail: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
  • Evri: https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel
  • Whistl: https://trackmyitem.whistl.co.uk/tracking

5. Contact the courier

If the tracking information isn't clear, the courier may be able to provide more information about the delivery.

I still can't find my parcel

If you've completed the steps above and still can't locate your parcel, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate further.

When you get in touch, please include:

  • Your order number
