Royal Mail deliveries
If Royal Mail was unable to deliver your parcel, they may:
- Leave the parcel in a safe place.
- Leave the parcel with a neighbour.
- Attempt delivery again.
- Leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

Evri deliveries
If you've missed an Evri delivery, they may:
- Leave the parcel in a safe place.
- Leave the parcel with a neighbour.
- Attempt delivery again.
