One of my accessories is faulty, what should I do?

The accessories which we provide with our Tech items are also covered by our 12 month warranty. 

If you have any issues with your charging cable, or controller for your Games Console, please be sure to let our Customer Service team know and we should be able to provide a replacement for you. 

For some accessories, such as Xbox or PlayStation Controllers, we may require the original accessory to be returned before we can replace this. Our Customer Service team will be able to assist with a returns label for this.
