Can I return my item for a refund?

Our standard cancellation timeframes are 14 days for all unwanted items and 30 days for faulty items. 

If you have a Tech item for over 30 days, you are covered by our 12-month Warranty for any technical issues that may arise on the device. The item would then need to be returned for assessment and possible repair attempted, and if a repair is not possible, a replacement would be sourced before a refund would be offered. 

To start a return, go to your account and select the relevant order, or contact us through Messaging which you can find in the bottom right hand corner of our 'contact' page here

Please Note: Express shipping is not refunded in the event that an item is returned, unless there was a delay with the courier timeframe.
