All of our devices are assigned one of the following cosmetic grades based on their cosmetic appearance:
- Pristine
- Very Good
- Good
These grades refer only to the appearance of the device. All of our devices undergo thorough in-house refurbishment. Our experts check up to 90 potential faults, including the battery, screen, cameras and other key functions, and fix any issues found.
All refurbished tech comes with a free 12-month warranty covering technical defects and faults caused by faulty workmanship or materials.
Pristine
Our Pristine refurbished phones are near flawless cosmetically and fully tested, giving you a device that’s as good as new without the brand-new price tag.
Choosing Pristine is a great option if the appearance of your phone is important to you or you’d prefer a device without visible signs of its previous life.
Very Good
Very Good devices may have very light signs of use, but they’re still fully tested and work perfectly.
That means you could spot some minor cosmetic signs that the phone has been previously owned, but they’ll be less noticeable than those you’d expect on a Good condition device.
If you’re looking for a balance between cosmetic condition and price, Very Good is well worth considering.
Good
Good devices will show some signs of wear and tear from their previous life, but this doesn’t affect how the phone works. They’re still fully tested just like our other grades.
So, while your phone may not look as spotless as a Pristine device, choosing Good can be a smart option if cosmetic condition isn’t your biggest priority.
And if you’re planning to put your phone straight into a case anyway, a few signs of its previous life might not bother you!
