Are all of your Tech items covered by a warranty?

Yes! We offer a FREE 12 month warranty on all of our Tech products purchased through our musicMagpie Store.

Our warranty covers technical defects and faults caused by reason of improper workmanship or materials. It does not cover incidents of accidental damage.

If the reported issue is covered by the warranty, our expert team of technicians will attempt to fix the issue and return the item in full working condition. If we're unable to fix the issue, we'll attempt to source and send a like-for-like replacement (stock dependent). Your repaired or replacement item will sent back to you within 2-3 working days of us receiving it. All returned devices are sent back on a Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.

If we're unable to repair the reported fault nor source a suitable replacement, we'll issue a full refund back to your original payment method and let you know by email.
