You can see whether a device is locked or unlocked on the product page before you place your order.
Unlocked devices
Unlocked devices can be used with any UK mobile network provider.
Network-locked devices
If a device is locked to a specific network, such as Vodafone or EE, you'll need to use a compatible SIM card from that network.
Can musicMagpie unlock a device for me?
No. We don't offer an unlocking service for devices sold as network-locked.
If you'd like to use a device on any network, we recommend choosing an unlocked device when placing your order.
My unlocked phone isn't working with my network
If you purchased a device advertised as unlocked and you're having trouble using it with your network provider, please contact us and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
