What is your returns policy for Tech items?

If you change your mind about your Tech item, and you no longer want it, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee returns policy with no questions asked.
 
We also offer a FREE 12-month warranty on all Tech products on our Store, should they have any faults present.
This covers any technical defects or faults caused by improper workmanship or materials.
If you want to return a tech item to us, you can process this via My Account. Simply find the order, and click on "Return Item" to generate a FREE QR code.
 
This QR code can be used at any Royal Mail Post Office, and does not require a printer. They will scan this and print the label for you.
 
Please be sure to retain the proof of postage receipt for insurance purposes! Before sending your device back to us, please remember to do the following:
  • Remove your SIM card and any external memory cards
  • Remove all security and parental locks present on the device
  • Remove all iCloud / Samsung / Google account locks from the device
Once this has been done, simply package the item up in the packaging it was received in, or a spare box securely, and send it back.
 
Our returns team aim to process items within 3 working days of them arriving back with us!
